I am a 32 year old veteran who owns the place. I love people with common sence and as chill as it gets. This is a roommate situation so no kids and no pets. Your 3 roommates will be D in his late 20s, T and L are a married couple in their early 50s, they are very nice and quiet, we are very cool to hang out with and BBQ almost every weekend when I come over.
Terms:
Month-to-month lease
$450 security deposit
30 days minimum notice if you move out. If I need you to move out for any cause I will send a 60 days notice. The contract on [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] is very fair, like most apartments out there except this is more flexible. However you have to be cool. :)
My expectations are simple, have some common sense, respect your roommate, be clean, don’t trash the place and pay your bills on time. No Pets, No Children, No married couple, No big parties, No Weed, No Loud cars at night.
Ask me for: over night guests, parties, projects, drilling of anything. We play nice so no #Karens or #Kevins allowed in this household 😊. If people don’t play along, I will be forced to pick the nicer person.

Please don’t schedule an appointment if you cannot make it, I am far away and gas is expensive, however don’t be shy if you need to cancel it.
