Full access to nicely furnished first floor living, kitchen, and outdoor areas. No tobacco smoking- 420 friendly. Parking is ample on street in front of house. No pets allowed but one adorable Maltipoo already lives here. Month-to-month but prefer longer-term renters- we have long-term renters here now (5+ years). $1100 per month covers rent and utilities including WiFi but not cable tv.
