It offers a king bed and queen sleeper accommodating 4 overnight guests. Relax with comfortable seating and welcoming furnishings inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s one full bath. Parking is by permit and two passes are provided.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
