This house is located in the Warehouse arts district, close to the Grand Central District, walkable to coffee shops, Central Ave, fabulous family-friendly breweries. This part of central is where the locals like to hang out and there seems to always be a new restaurant or brewery opening up. There is a whiskey distillery and new art space called The Factory only blocks Away with weekly art shows and concerts. The front and back yard are both gated (great for pets or kids) and youll love the tropical landscaping and sitting area with fire pit in the backyard or sitting on the front porch. Bring your furry friend and enjoy walking to Dog Bar! You are truly just a few blocks from all the attractions of central Ave, downtown, and beloved grand central district.

Biking distance or a quick 5 minute drive to downtown area hospitals (Bayfront, All Childrens, St Anthonys) and only 15 minutes from award winning gulf coast beaches and we still hold the record for most consecutive days of sunshine in the US. My partner and I live just down the street and are always available should you need us.
