Large windows on two sides, incredible hardwood floors, one reserved off street parking spot, additional open street parking available on a first come basis. In unit washer/dryer. Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Approx. 450 sq. ft.

APPLIANCES: Microwave, Toaster, Small Refrigerator, Cooktop, Washer/Dryer.
PARKING there is a designated parking spot behind the unit off of 4th street, or you may park in front of the unit off of E street

PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed.
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
TENANT PAID UTILITIES nothing outside of the utility fee mentioned above. Unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
