Our private 380 square foot downstairs suite is located only 10 minutes away from the heart of downtown Dallas. Let us be the beautiful backdrop to your Dallas getaway!
This listing is a private suite, NOT a shared room or shared common space type listing. This suite is separated internally by a full floor to ceiling wall from the rest of the main house located upstairs. It is accessed through its own separate entry door from the rest of the house equipped with keyless entry smart dead bolt lock.
Free wifi is available boasting Internet speeds of up to 300mbps download & up to 20mbps upload.
Free street parking only is available, blocking driveways is not allowed.
Steps up to the entry, not ADA accessible for the mobility impaired.
Early move ins and late move outs are not allowed.
Plates, Cups, Utensils are provided.
Basic toiletries provided such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.
Microwave and Coffee Maker provided.
Iron, Ironing Board, and Hair Dryer provided.
No additional pillows, blankets, towels, or wash cloths will be provided for your stay. Please be sure to bring your own if you will need more than the 2 per person provided.
All renters are required to do a tenant background screen, & application, provide a refundable security deposit, sign the rental lease agreement, and show proof of renters insurance.
Security cameras are on the premises and monitored by the Landlord.
