All units have views of downtown Astoria and the Columbia River, in addition to private decks or patios, covered parking, on-site laundry and other amenities. Complex is well located, well maintained, and has private park.
All upcoming units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit.
Rent is $1695.
Security Deposit is equal to two months rent.
Application fee is $50 per person.
With approved pet, there is a $50 per month per pet increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the conditionally refundable security deposit.
Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent.
