All rooms open off that main hall. There is a small room off the north side of the hall that would make a great office. There is access to a porch overlooking the street.
The living room next to it is a larger room, which has windows facing north and west which overlook a tree lined street. It is full of light and has a great view of the neighborhood with other historic houses. The kitchen is very cozy, with room enough for a table and chairs. There is a west-facing window over the sink, which allows light and another view of the landscape and houses. The large bedroom is at the southwest corner of the house with windows south and west. The bathroom is period with a claw foot tub and green and white tiles. It gets warm southern sunlight. Laundry facilities are in the basement. Clean and freshly painted.
There is off street parking in the back for 1 compact car.
Near Rt 95 and Rt10, and 1 block from bus.
