The Olney Village Center is 5 minutes or less away from the townhome where you will find 3 grocery stores and many restaurants. Olney is near the Adventure Park, the Underground Rail Road Museum, the Olney Civic Association park with free baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, and the Olney Swim Center. There is also a horse farm near by. The town of Olney is near the Intercounty Connector and is in close proximity to all major highways and roads.
There will be an inquiry into criminal and credit history. Rent is $1,100. Security deposit is $900.
A cleaning service will be hired to clean the townhouse and basement 1 time a month and access to the basement and room will be granted so the cleaners can vacuum and dust. There will be deep cleaning 1 time a year. The owner will cover the cleaning expense.
* Small, quiet dogs are allowed. Tenants are responsible for picking up from the backyard after their dogs. No cats due to allergies.
* Tenants must pick up after their dogs inside the house and notify the landlord when there is a mess so the carpet can be shampooed. Tenants will cover this expense.
* Limited overnight guests are allowed.
* Empty the lint trap after each use of the dryer.
* Remove shoes upon entering the townhouse.
* Maintain a clean, orderly and uncluttered space.
* Quiet time is observed Monday-Friday between 10:00 PM to 9 AM so tenants can sleep at night.
