Off-street parking for 2+ cars, and a long, deep yard in back with sour cherry, peach, and plum trees. Hammock included. Sliding doors off the kitchen lead to a back deck for outdoor dining. South-facing balcony off the front to watch beautiful sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee. Located at the top of the hill in Manayunk, walkable to restaurants (our favorite is White Yak), doctor’s offices, and coffee shops on Main St, Ridge Ave, dog parks, train and bus, biking/walking paths along the canal and the Wissahickon park. Note that there is no basement and storage is minimal. A bike, for example, can fit in the living room closet or in the backyard shed, but it’s tight. Laundry in the unit next to bedrooms. Can you tell I love this place? I lived here myself for two years. I am an individual person who lives nearby and owns only one rental. Water will be in my name, electric will be in yours–so you can see the benefits of solar! I would accept one, well-behaved dog under 45 pounds with vet references. No smoking. LGBTQ and POC encouraged. Showings will be Friday-Sunday July 28-30. Feel free to get a head start on the application if you already know you want to apply, but I must meet you in person if I am going to rent to you. Photos are watermarked for everyone’s safety.

Employer references for each person on the lease
Previous landlord references for each person on the lease.
Personal reference for each person on the lease (friend, parent, etc).
(Anyone living on the premises for more than 2 weeks is considered a tenant and must be on the lease)
First month’s rent + security deposit + pet deposit (if applicable) due when we sign the lease.
