• Background/tenant-worthiness check required
• $28 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant
• 6 mo. initial lease term (We can discuss this a bit, but an initial 6 mo. lease is good for both sides as a lets try it out kind of thing.)
Applicant Rental Criteria...
• VERIFIABLE income of at least 3 times rent amount.
• Acceptable rental worthiness score from background check company (a 3rd party company provides this service and gives a rental worthiness score)
• Greater consideration will be given to applicants with a strong rental history, quality references, and steady/reliable income
• Must have an acceptable debt to income ratio (this would be be discussed on a case by case basis).
• A background check and credit check will be run. Its in your best interest to discuss what will be found on those things BEFORE submitting an application to save yourself some money.
• Note: This is not a comprehensive list of qualifications.
Availability: Likely available in early to middle Aug. Some work will need to be done once the current tenants move out and an exact date is unknown right now.
