The Bedroom is spacious and it has a large closet with 4 bars to hang clothes.
The Kitchen features the original cabinets and brand new stove and refrigerator. There is a Full basement that is dry and perfect for plenty of storage. The exterior of the cottage will be all repainted in the Spring! Washer and dryer hookups available for your use in the basement. (Washer & Dryer can also be provided if needed)
Water and garbage is included in rent; you pay gas and electricity. Sorry no dogs because the floors are brand new. Plenty of off street parking spot available for use in the private driveway.
This single cottage is $1,000/month. The owner is a local husband and wife who are dedicated to being responsive landlords. The owner enjoys having an excellent relationship with tenants and prides himself in providing you with a safe, clean, well maintained house. The owners live next door so they often walk to this home to do small repairs if needed.
Please e-mail or call Austin to schedule a visit after 4pm on Monday through Friday or between 9-noon on Saturdays. If we move forward with you, we will ask for a background and credit check, and then after that, first month's rent and a security deposit of $1,100 (which we will return upon your leaving if there is no damage to the home).
