Spacious room with closet on ground level*, Utilities included in rent. The loveseat will be removed prior to move-in.
There is a 1/2 bath upstairs, but shower/tub will be shared. Fully stocked kitchen w dishwasher, large dining rm w table, and comfortable living room w houseplants. The basement has some weightlifting equipment that Im happy to share.
Street parking on a 1-way, tree-lined block. Quiet area w great neighbors–diverse people, lovable weirdos, and families w kids. Recreational park within walking distance.
Lets try a 3 month lease first to make sure its good fit, then discuss a longer term.
