• Pets: considered on a case-by-case basis, no cats. Non-refundable $250 deposit per pet.

• Security cameras – lessee will have sole access to cameras (5 exterior/1 interior)

Cleaning service is included in the price and occurs every 2 weeks – non-negotiable.
