$1,321 - 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment In Boise With Great Amenities
I am a motivated lessee who is relocating and looking for a qualified individual to take over my lease that ends on 6/24/2024. I will offer 1 months free rent for my unfurnished apartment, to be paid to a successful applicant who has completed the application process with Liberty Lakes leasing office and has been approved to take over my existing lease and apartment. I will pay the 1 months rent directly to the leasing office or will issue payment by check, Zelle or Venmo, whichever is preferred by the new occupant. Additionally, I will be paying for rent for Aug. 2023 so if youre able to move in after Aug. 7th (my move-out date) the rest of August will be free PLUS the 1 month rent aforementioned! Payment will not be made until the lease takeover is signed. My $400 deposit should also transfer with the lease so there may be no out of pocket deposit due - BONUS!
DISCLAIMER: If the office requires a higher deposit, you will need to pay the difference. All you need to do is complete the application, pay the application fee per occupant, and move in.
Upon successful application, I will issue a contract between myself and you verifying my intent to give one months free rent.
This apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath second floor unit that includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, AC/heater, and walk-in closet. This is a quiet community that is only a 10-minute drive away from a lot of major shopping and downtown Boise. The complex has a swimming pool, gym, pool table, shuffleboard table, and coffee/cookies daily in the clubhouse/leasing office. In addition, this is a pet friendly complex, but if you have pets there will be an additional pet deposit and pet rent that youll need to coordinate with the leasing office. This is not included with the rent discussed in the next sentence, and youll need to cover this independently. The rent is $1,321/month, and this includes 1 covered parking space, water, trash, sewage, and the apartment complexs service and convenience fees. The only things you would need to cover independently are the typical household costs. I.e., renters insurance (required), internet, and electricity costs. To be eligible, you must make at least 2.5x the rent in your gross monthly income, and pass the credit and criminal background check. In other words, gross income $3,310/month.
