• $1500.00 Rent (Due the 1st of each month, pro-rated first month based on move in date)
• $30 Pet Application fee per pet. Pet rent will be anywhere from $40.00 per month to $100.00 per month.
• 5% of the monthly rent Late Fee (Charged for any rent amount unpaid by the 5th of the month)
• $75 NSF Fee (non sufficient funds Charged for any returned payment)
• If the RESIDENT gives WRITTEN notice to vacate before the termination date, he/she will be
responsible for the rent payments until the property is rented or the lease expires, whichever
occurs first. In addition, the RESIDENT will be responsible for the subsequent leasing fee as
determined by the current rate charged by Bruni Karr plus tax, and other customary expenses
such as utilities and rekeying.
