It has a lookout on top of our hill that overlooks the San Juan Mountains. The home sleeps 4 as it has a pull out couch as well. It does has A/C but it is not centralized. There are a bunch of windows for beautiful views and to get a wonderful breeze throughout the property. We have two decks and a carport available. We do allow pets with an additional charge. It is truly a small getaway that is perfect for someone that loves to relax with gorgeous views.
