I am looking to fill two rooms in my three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house in Manor, TX on an Initial 3-month lease with the possibility to extend, starting on August 1. I am currently looking for female roommates only, those who are mature, stable, clean, and respectful. I am a female who owns and occupies the primary bedroom on the first floor. The house is 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Bastrop. There is a park located down the street with a trail. You would have your own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Rent is $750 a month. This price includes utilities including garbage, electricity, gas, water, and internet.

You will need to complete a pre-screener from the owner, a screening for a background check, and a credit check at your own expense for $55 prior to moving in, as well as an application.
