About 1 mile to Rue Des Chateaux (aka the Point) beach. 0.7 miles (approx. 15 minute walk) to Carlsbad Village, which features restaurants, shops, and entertainment along with a Coaster stop, bike paths, and walkways along the ocean. Carlsbad Village offers everything from a weekly farmers market to live music and dancing to wine tasting, coffee shops, beauty salons, beer tap houses, and award-winning Michelin Star-rated restaurant Jeune et Jolie. 2 min from the famous 101 coastal highway or the 5 freeway. Close proximity to local hospitals, business centers, and Camp Pendleton. No need to have a car with the Carlsbad Coaster station nearby that will take you all of the way to downtown San Diego or up to Oceanside where you can catch the Amtrak.
