Updates include new windows, stainless appliances, bathroom vanity, tub, deck, and flooring. The house also features a 1-car garage and laundry hookup for convenient living. The spacious backyard features a chain linked fence around the entire perimeter, perfect for a dog.

Tenant is responsible for utilities (must establish before move-in) and yard upkeep (lawn mowing services can be provided at tenants expense). Animals may be allowed (depending on breed) with a non-refundable $300/animal fee and pet rent at $30/month/animal. Fee for background check is $55. Completed pre-screening questionnaire is required before any showings. Looking for clean, responsible, non-smokers that meet the minimum qualification requirements!

- Positive references from all previous landlords (if applicable)

- No prior evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords

- Minimum credit score of 600.

- Applicant MUST be non-smoker(s)

- Must have or obtain renters insurance (inexpensive)

- Possess a current photo ID and valid social security number (for background check)

- Background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.

Property managers discretion to allow co-signers for applicants who fall short of certain requirements.
