Move In Specials:
Summer Special – $100/month off rent for first ½ of lease
$199 Move In Special – $199 Security Deposit if they meet following criteria:
o 720 or higher credit score
o No late payments on credit history in past 30 days
o No late payments to previous landlords
Look & Lease Special – If prospect applies either before or 24 hours after scheduled tour, the application fee and admin fee will be provided as a concession after move in.
