Month-to-month lease with the flexibility of further renewal, maximum occupancy of 8 people.

For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly light cleaning service is mandatory and costs an extra $100. Well arrange a convenient time for our housekeepers to come by. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Guests with stays over 30 days must sign a lease agreement.
Electricity and gas usage is capped at $200. Any excess will be billed to you.
One-time cleaning fee: $ 400 (non-refundable)
Pet fee (non-refundable): $300 for up to 2 pets. After that additional $100 for each pet
