- Application fee: There is a non-refundable application fee for each person 18 and older

- Income: Verifiable gross monthly income. Please upload supporting documentation.

- Credit: Reports will be obtained from a national credit bureau and used in the approval process. If you have any bills that have been sent to collections or a lot of missed monthly payments, please consider saving the application fee as we weigh this heavily with our applicants.

- Employment verification: Preferably have been at your current job for at least one year. Pay stubs may be used in conjunction with employer verification. If Applicant is self-emp.or retired, we will accept Federal Tax Returns and/or banking or investment statements.

- Background: - No prior evictions - No sex offenders - No fraud convictions or felonies

If you have any concerns about the qualifications, please call, email, or text our office with any questions prior to applying. Section 8 is accepted provided you meet the criteria above.

- We love pet owners and their pets! Pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick, and heart-worm medicine. We will verify with your veterinarian. Part of the pet fee is refundable!

-Maximum occupancy is 3 people.
