Cats and dogs allowed!
It is small and the kitchen-living area is all one room. Best for one person, which is why we are leaving.

Shared coin laundry in building and laundromat across the street.
I can sell you my sweet full size loft bed if you want. Other items can be negotiated also.
It will be spruced up and painted light grey between our tenancy and yours.
There are multiple balconies: a private one that can be accessed by crawling through the window, and a shared one at the fire escape.
There is a glorious roof you can access.
I store my bicycle very conveniently in the foyer of the building.
