Yup, I'm trying to make a play on Modern-Condo, but it really doesn't matter which words I combine, the badass setup on this 3rd floor, 2-bedroom has everything you need, and TONS of BRIGHT natural light. Yes, I had to do all caps on that because- well, if you follow us on TikTok, then you already know why... (same handle on everything, duh, @garciarentstl) Anyway, in-unit laundry, gated off-street parking, great views of The Lou- what more could you ask for? A rooftop terrace maybe. Okay, deal. There's access to the rooftop where you can soak in allll the sun and even more views.
APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they’re not plotting world domination.
