The rest of the house has very nice laminate flooring and an open floor plan to make this home feel open and spacious.
Our property is a 5 minute Uber ride to downtown, or a 15 minute ride to the beautiful St. Pete beaches! This home has walkability to some restaurants, bars, post office, and grocery store. We are about a 5 minute (or less) drive from Tropicana fields, Downtown St. Pete, and 4th street restaurants and bars. Just being on this property makes you feel like youre on vacation.
Owner pays for water, monthly air filters, and quarterly pest control.
Requirements to rent:
Application (credit and background check), First months rent and security deposit (equal to one months rent).
The laundry is located in the garage on the property that you will receive a key for, as well as a designated space in the garage for sealed storage bins or a bike.
We are not accepting pets, but feel free to inquire and maybe your pet will meet our guidelines for an exception.
No smoking at all in the home.
We are private landlords who do our best to respond quickly and efficiently if you need us. We ask for you to only contact us via email, but in a case of emergency, then by cell phone.
As our tenant, we ask that you alert us ASAP if there is any type of issue with plumbing, electric, or pests. Terminix is our pest control provider and they have been wonderful thus far.
As our tenant, we also ask you are diligent in changing out air filters monthly that we provide at no cost to you.
Your lease will be for one years time unless otherwise requested. We will need first months rent, last months rent, and a security deposit equal to one months rent for move in.
If you decide to leave our property prior to your lease ending, you will be responsible for paying two months of rental payments to break the lease.
