No smoking tobacco, cannabis or any other substance inside property by tenant or guests.

No recreational or medical marijuana may be grown or consumed on the Premises by the Tenant(s) or guest(s) .

FICO credit score 650 or above required.

Copy of drivers license or government issued ID required.

Primary tenant must be over 18.

Must provide verifiable and proof of current income over last 60 days.

Must provide 2 current references.

Income must be at least 2.5 times rent.

2 months bank statements.

Income must accommodate monthly recurring payments, utilities and rent.

No late payments, evictions or unlawful detainer filings in previous rental history.

Each tenant occupying property for more than 14 days in in a 12 month period must complete a formal rental application and credit and background check.

Deposit must be received within two business day of agreement to list.

Important: Tenant Must maintain renters insurance for duration of tenancy and provide verification to owner.
