The downstairs also has an 8x8 living room, with a sofa sleeper. There are also 2 lofts in the house. The main loft is also 8x8 (directly above the living room/bedroom) and can hold a queen size bed. The smaller loft above the bathroom can be used as storage. We also have a 3 feet by 5 feet (15 sf) outdoor storage shed for your use, as well as some storage underneath the house.
Another feature of the house is that you will have your own 200 sf private deck in the back of the house and because we are on a cliff, you do have a great view of the Rolando/College valley! Backyard is fully fenced and you would have your own gate entrance from the front of the house. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and has abundant parking at all times. We do allow cats, however, we will accept dogs on an individual basis.
