Piedmont Medical Center and other healthcare facilities a short drive away (11 minutes by bicycle).
Large backyard is fenced. Most pets welcome but please check if you have a breed insurers prohibit. Driveway has room for two cars on concrete and two more on side of drive. Street parking is allowed in front of house also.
Current tenants will be leaving by July 31st. If you wish to tour before July 31, please give at least one days notice so I can give them time to be available.
