You step into the unit to beautiful hardwood floors. Your kitchen and bathroom can be accessed as you enter the unit. There is great natural light throughout and even some built in shelving - great for knickknacks or some books! There is a half wall that separates the living area from the bedroom area in this cozy studio!
Heat, hot water, cold water, sewer, snow plowing and trash all included.
Resident responsible for the electric (Northfield electric) and cable/wifi if desired!
No pets.
No smoking.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
Application Process:
We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you)!
