This is a house-share. You would not be renting the entire home. You would be renting the room and have access to the house with all of its amenities.
I am renting out 3 rooms in my beautiful 4 bed, 3 full bath house. Each room is for single-occupancy. The rooms are unfurnished. Each room has an overhead light and ceiling fan, either an extra-large or a walk-in closet, and a lockable door. All door keys are different.
These are the rooms measurements:
1) 11.75x9.75
2) 11.75x9.8
3) 11.75x10
The 2 bathrooms are shared between the 3 rooms.
The house has a screened-in pool, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and heating, garage and long driveway, an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, a Tesla charger in garage, basic kitchen supplies, and an entertainment center.
I currently hire a monthly cleaning service, but this is a home and we will keep things clean. The pool and gardening is maintained weekly. There is a small pond outside the fenced-in backyard. The house is located in the Gatlin Gardens community, near Barber Park, which is a very safe neighborhood in Conway.
No smoking/vaping/drugs.
No pets.
Looking for responsible, respectful, and clean working professionals or students.
The house is centrally located:
10 minutes to MCO.
20 minutes to Universal.
35 minutes to Disney.
15 minutes to Downtown Orlando.
$900/room/month (rent) + utilities (electric, water, internet, 4-week cleaning) / (# of tenants)
Security deposit: $900/room
There is a second option to have a guest room, if you have relatives or friends visit:
$1200/room/month (rent) + utilities (electric, water, internet, 4-week cleaning) / (# of tenants)
