We are now accepting applications for this apartment. None of the units at this property are legally classified as disabled accessible units.

Rent for this upstairs home is $1,699/month plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and common electric. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,699 refundable security deposit.

NOTE: Even with the pandemic abating, our tenants prefer to minimize in-person visits whenever possible.
