I am moving to Mexico and looking for someone to take over my lease at my beautiful, fully furnished apartment wt washer & dryer, pool, gym, and more. There are two options available:
1. If you want it shorter term, I may be open to adding you to my lease and renting it to you monthly for $1895/month inclusive of everything except for wifi and electricity. You will have the place to yourself.
2. You can take over my lease and buy my furniture. The unit has literally everything you need to live comfortably - towels, bedding, kitchenware, a comfortable mattress, and work desk, a kitchen table etc. All you need is a suitcase. I am asking for $600 to buy everything in the unit, and then you can take over the lease for just $1550/month (lease ends Feb 2024 and is renewable).
ABOUT THE SPACE
It is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, fully furnished apartment in South Central Austin. Its a nice quiet neighborhood and apartment complex, with 3 swimming pools, a BBQ area and a new gym opening soon. The unit itself has two entrances, one main and one through the guest bedroom, 2 baths, 3 balconies and a hook and ring game on one of them (if youre into that sort of thing). And all the kitchen and bedding supplies you will need for a great stay - all you need is your suitcase!
There is a washer and dryer in the unit (very rare for Austin) as well as a dishwasher! Its on the top (3rd) floor so there is more privacy and daylight, and no one stomping around above you!
Its perfect if you are looking to come with a friend, or if you work from home and want office space (theres a desk in chair in spare bedroom), or if you simply enjoy having a spacious place to live (I live here by myself and love it).
Because this was my home, I am looking for someone responsible who will take good care of the place.
The Location
Awesome 78704 location, SXSW, easy access from the airport and close to all that Austin has to offer. It is across the street from the bus stop that will take you directly downtown and there is a central market, Target, Sprouts, Wheatsville, Dollar store, Randalls and several restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. There is also free parking on site and the major highways are around the corner so you can avoid the crazy street traffic.
