Room For Rent With Shared Common Areas - Single Female Preferred

Im looking for a single female roommate to rent my extra bedroom. I’m a 30 y/o single female who is a full time professional, very laid back, goofy, and self disciplined. I don’t smoke and drink. I live a minimalist lifestyle and I keep my home sparkly clean, organized, and smoke/clutter free. After work, I like to watch TV, relax, and cook if I have to. Im also an international traveler so it’s important that you must be respectful of my home, be willing to take good care of it, and be considerate of the neighbors while Im overseas. I enjoy quietness and have an early bedtime so we won’t be a good match if you like to party, have guests over often, play loud music or TV late at night.

You must have a stable income, preferably at least 3x times the monthly rent, and be responsible with paying bills on time. Security deposit is $1000. **An application and a video call are required prior to viewing**. Month to month lease.

My condo is just a short drive to Montello train station, Westgate mall, Route 24, hospital, museum, restaurants, Market Basket, ALDI, Walmart, and TJ Maxx. Easy commute to Boston. Huge condo complex and 80% owners occupied. There’s a community swimming pool and tennis court. Walkable to D.W. Park and golf course. You’ll park on a guest spot. CVS across the street from the entrance of the complex. The room for rent is unfurnished and has a closet- an additional community laundry room is right outside the unit. Bike storage available. Central air AC and electric heat. Common areas such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are security cameras. If you like quietness, this place is for you!

The room will be available for move-in on 10/21/23 and viewing will stop by 8/30/23. Im in the process of getting new furnitures, painting the living room, and re-arranging the common areas.
