LEASE TERMS:

Seeking a 12-month lease term. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent and due within 24 hours of being approved. Water, trash, lawn, and snow care are all included. Tenant would be responsible for gas, electric, and internet/cable. Pets may be accepted based on the owner's and HOA approval with a $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
