Long:

This is like a cabin unit thats an oasis from the urban streets. Tucked away in the back , the unit faces the spacious backyard that has tons of potential. Lots of natural light, an ivy-lined pathway towards the door. Ample closet space and a clawfoot bathtub. Theres also a massive backyard thats perfect for someone with a green thumb and vision. Currently, the backyard has are two garden beds and two adorable, friendly chickens (not pictured) that are laying fresh eggs almost daily. The chickens can be co-tended to with the landowner or not (up to you). Also open to the backyard being free of hens.

Accessibility: Floor level, so easy access via a side door which has its own punch code/manual lock.

Looking for a tenant who is: fiscally responsible, mature, has positive landlord/roommate/employer references, clean, enjoys contributing to the community well-being of the backyard/garden, a direct communicator, well-versed in reading social cues, friendly, kind, considerate. If youre applying with a pet or pets, the landowner would need to screen them.

Street parking is plentiful with street cleaning only twice a week. There is also a cute French preschool directly facing the house so this street is family friendly. A lot of the neighbors have lived here for many years.
