One bedroom and 1 bathroom with a large kitchen and living space. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, couch for lounging and ensuite bathroom.
A beautifully designed and comfortable living room with a large HDTV.
A fully-equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances to satisfy all of your cooking and entertaining needs.
Outdoor Space:
Private patio with seating area on the top floor overlooking historic Beaufain street. The home is accessed by a private entrance. Unit is located on third floor and is the only unit on the floor so privacy and sound won't be an issue here.
Amenities include: Wireless internet, shared Washer and Dryer space on first floor. One off-street parking spot with ability to receive parking pass and on-street parking with city permit. Utilities are included in the rental price.
*Please note: 30 day minimum rental only per City regulations. No college students please.
