Step inside to a cozy and functional space stocked with all your needs to enjoy your stay. With a granite high top bar for two to enjoy meals, or, a perfect laptop work space for those working remotely.
The spacious Living Area offers a comfortable recliner sofa to kick back after catching waves all day! Before doing so, the mounted LED TV will swivel outward for closer viewing of your favorite streamed movies. The cute California kitchen is stocked to ensure turnkey functionality for all of our guests. When its time to catch some ZZZs, the functional Queen Size Murphy Bed can be pulled out with ease and put back with ease :) And guests can sleep comfortably knowing this unit comes equipped with a AC/Swamp Cooler to keep it cool during the hotter times of the year.
But lets not forget the best feature/amenity of the property. Exit out the front door and back through the Tropical Courtyard until you reach access to the refreshing Communal Pool and Spa. This Beach facility is one of the only colonies in the area that offers this feature so close to the ocean. Not to mention the quick access via the gate and you’re just 1 block to the sand. From here, guests can cruise the coastline and pick their favorite spot to post up on the beach. With downtown Oceanside just minutes away, and all the fun bars, restaurants, and shops await you.
