The apartment is 800 square feet and has its own private entrance and bathroom. Tenant is also welcome to use the front porch and relax in the beautiful yard. Ample storage is included, and tenant will have access to two sheds. Unit is partially furnished- if you do not wish to use the furniture, I will remove it.
There is a refrigerator and a microwave, but NO sink/stove. Again, this unit does not have a complete kitchen. I am happy to purchase an air frier if you would like one.
Laundry is located in the unit and is shared with the upstairs landlord. Tenant will have complete privacy- landlord will never enter unit without permission.
All utilities--electricity, gas, water, and FIOS internet--are included. The entire house, including the basement unit, is also cleaned every two months at no additional cost to you. One driveway parking spot is available. No pets and no smokers.
The apartment is currently available as of 6/1/24. Previous tenant loved the place, but was an gov. contractor and unexpectedly lost his job. Please email to schedule a visit. I am open to leases of less than one year, however, I will need to charge more.

There are multiples nearby gyms and an international grocery store 2 minutes away by foot.
