A bright, sunny entry greets you on the second level of the home. Enter here for the first look at the main level of the house, featuring a spacious and open family room, kitchen, and dining table. Whether you’re enjoying family time or crashing on the sleeper sofa, the living room is a cozy place to be, with extra blankets and half bath in the hallway.

In the kitchen, a spacious pantry sits to the left of the refrigerator, and laundry room to the right. Dining for seven or more provided at the table (four chairs and a bench), plus three bar seats at the recently extended island. Matching stainless steel appliances throughout, as well as extras such as water filter, veggie spiralizer, Keurig, food chopper, Crock Pot, and turkey pan/supplies.

You can clearly view the playground from this level – making independent playtime a breeze for you and your kids! Relax on the Adirondack chairs from the front porch for more acute supervision. Covered picnic area included at the park.

Make your way up the stairs to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom features two single beds situated directly across from the master bedroom. Next, you’ll see the guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. A full hall bath with tub/shower combo is shared by these two rooms. The queen master suite includes its very own ensuite bath with double vanity and stand-up shower.
