Private pool home in an amazing safe family neighborhood - Golf View Harbor. Great set up! 3/2, spacious home, and perfect for pets. Located: Central - 7-10 minute drive to the downtown Delray the Ave, Boynton Marina & Beaches with a private neighborhood entrance to Caloosa park - short walk. Our safety conscious tree house & loft/bunk bed room are always a hit. The master bedroom offers a king size Tempur-pedic . The 2nd bedroom offers a full size bed with a new Tempur-pedic mattress topper. The bunkbed room offers a queen size mattress and a twin in the top bunk that is safely secured to the wall and provide a great deal of secret play space for kids. The bunk bed room can easily sleep three. The second bathroom provides pool access so no need to ever run through the home in cold discomfort. A Charleston style kitchen, with the oven and microwave on the exterior large screened in patio, keeps the house temperature regulated and serves as a safety feature for small children. Screened in patio also provides French country style furnishings and a bar area. The pool is maintained weekly and the lawn is cut 2-3 times a month. Washer and dryer on the property are large load and high tech. Security deposit is negotiable and the house is fully furnished. Last month rent is due sh signing.
