The house has been fully remodeled and is in beautiful condition throughout. Requirement to live here is to make yourself totally at home. Will consider lowering rent in exchange for housekeeping. If not, I'll have a house keeper come in every 2 weeks. My last tenant loved living here and her parents were grateful for the environment I provided. She's moved on (to buy a house) and we've remained good friends.
