Large kitchen with eat-in area, ample cabinet and countertop space and skylight. Head up to the third floor, to find 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The gulf view from the Master Bedroom is priceless! You can also find a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor for tenants’ use. A carport big enough for two cars.
This neighborhood offers a community pool & spa, clubhouse with games and a fitness center, tennis courts and a small private beach. You can bring a kayak and put in on the private beach or right off the back of the home – kayak around the gulf to all the beaches nearby! Bike to Sunset beach (1 mile) or Fred Howard Beach (1.3 miles.) Other beaches and the Tarpon Sponge Docks are just a short drive away!
This home has it all- Furniture, Linens, Dishes, Pots and Pans, Beach chairs. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy everything FL has to offer!
