The building is located in the beautiful Lowry Hill neighborhood in south Minneapolis, near the intersection of Franklin and Hennepin Avenues. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are mere blocks away on Franklin & Lyndale, and there are more shops and dining options further south on Hennepin. Lake of the Isles is a short 7 block walk away, with its connecting bike trails that lead around all four of the south Minneapolis city lakes - Isles, Bde Maka Ska, Cedar, and Harriet. It's easy to access the Midtown Greenway as well, running just south of Lake of the Isles. The Walker Art Center and Sculpture Garden are easy to reach, as well as beautiful Loring Park and Downtown Minneapolis.
Laundry and extra storage are available on site. Heat, water, and garbage removal are included in rent. Tenant is only responsible for electricity and cooking gas. This is a non-smoking building.
Utilities: Resident pays Electric and cooking Gas
Application Fee: $50.00 per person
Pet Rent: $35 per pet per month.
Pet Deposit: $300 nonrefundable.
Rental Requirements: ALL APPLICANTS MUST QUALIFY UNDER EACH REQUIREMENT.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age to contract for lease.
• A credit, housing, and criminal conviction background check is run on all applicants.
• Applicant should have good credit.
Charged off accounts, collections, judgments, or bankruptcies may be grounds for denial.
• Rental History: The applicant(s) should have a positive past rental history or have previously owned a home (with mortgage in good standing). This includes no late rent payments, eviction actions, lease violations, or other negative housing history.
• Income: A prospective Resident should meet the minimum income requirements must have a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent
