The house is kept clean with everyone expected to contribute to household cleaning and yardwork. Seeking a very responsible individual to rent this Master Suite in the basement for $1200 per month. Home is off of Wadsworth and 72nd Ave, close to Olde Town Arvada, many parks and walking trails nearby. Home is furnished except for any furniture you would need in your bedroom.
