Our home is an end unit with no tenants on one side of us. The neighborhood is extremely quiet with friendly neighbors, and the entire Haile Plantation area is definitely dog-friendly. We are only a 2-minute walk from the golf course, the Haile Village - which has a Vet/Dog Boarding - shops, restaurants, and a fitness club located nearby. Gas grill on site is free for tenant to use. Our home can be rented fully furnished, as per tenants request. Within 4-5 miles of several major medical facilities. The office space converts easily to a legal 3rd bedroom.

No smoking inside the home allowed. Tenant pays for all utilities: gas, water, sewer, electric, etc. Pets are allowed and can be discussed with property owner. Minimum of 9-month lease. Tenant takes out weekly trash to curb. We have 2 free parking spaces: a 1-car garage and an additional off-street spot next to garage.
