For the tenants’ convenience, a pet wash station and courtyard barbeque area are also offered. All units are pre-wired for Comcast and Dish Network.
Pets are welcome two per unit, one dog & one cat or 2 cats, with a $500 pet deposit for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet and $25.00 monthly Dog fee. 2 dogs are not allowed
