A gorgeous, fully-furnished home available in a perfect location in lower Pacific Heights. This is a fun and glamorous way to experience living in San Francisco and all it has to offer.
The apartment was designed by a well known interior designer and is a beautiful, inspiring and creative refuge.
The unit itself is very spacious for a San Francisco one bedroom and has a lot of character and details specific to the Edwardian time period in which it was built. It’s situated one level up from the entryway of a thirteen unit building, which was built in 1916. It has hardwood floors, beautiful crown moldings, wonderful wainscot details and curved ceilings which make it a quintessential San Francisco experience. The furnishings are a mix of vintage and modern. You will love living and entertaining and being creative in this space.
The location is perfect. Centrally located in the city and close to both Fillmore Street area and Polk Street. Some of SF's best restaurants are walking distance to the apartment including Pizzeria Delfina (best pizza in US) and Fiorella (amazing pasta bolognese). Half block away from 47/49 bus lines which you can take to the War Memorial Opera House where you can see the San Francisco Ballet or Opera. Close to shops including Bloomers (most beautiful flowers in the world) and a gourmet cheese and charcuterie shop, Cheese Plus. Also very close to Sacramento street interior design area and clothing shops–you can walk or take the #1 bus there.
Great walks or runs close to the apartment with beautiful views and vistas. There’s a dog park one block away (humans can hang out there, too) and the Presidio is about a 20 minute walk from the house. If you love to hike, the Marin Headlands and Tennessee Valley are about a 20 minute car ride away.
The bathroom was remodeled a few years ago. Kitchen is freshly repainted and has a new Bosch dishwasher. Washer and dryer are located in the common area of the building and are app operated. Parking is on the street, which is pretty easy to do because there are always people coming and going.
We look forward to hearing from you!
