The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet with custom cabinetry, carpet and designer wallpaper to complete the look. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The community includes a beautiful courtyard, quaint sitting areas and access to a gorgeous pool and/or gym for an additional fee. Quick access to Old Town, King Street Metro, Bus lines, GW Parkway, 495/95, Whole Foods Market, and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Apply online at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Application fee $60/adult is non-refundable. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Water/sewer/trash are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and cable/internet.

All residents are required to schedule with Condo Management their moves in and out of the building at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the chosen date. A non-refundable fee of $250 on weekdays (Monday through Friday), $350 on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and a $300 refundable security deposit will be charged per move period and is due at the time a resident/owner requests to schedule a move in or move out. The non-refundable fee for first floor units who notify Management at the time of scheduling their move that they will not use an elevator may be reduced by $50. All moves in and out, even those not requiring an elevator, are responsible for a move fee. There are no exceptions. Two separate checks must be given to Condo Management payable to Carlyle Square Condominiums. The $300 security deposit check will be returned after the move is completed and Condo Management walks the building to ensure no damage was done during the move.

All applicants will need to complete a pet screening on a third party website, whether you have a pet or not. If you do not have a pet, please select "No Pet" and answer the questions. Small dogs (under 40lbs) and cats allowed, no more than 2 pets. Pets/animals are approved on a case-by-case basis on pet approved properties by applying at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] After your pet/animal/no-pet screening is completed, your application review can be finalized. There is no cost ($0) to submit an accommodation request for a service animal or emotional support animal (ESA) or for the no-pet screening. There is a $20/pet fee for all household pets. Pet screening fees are non-refundable. Refundable pet deposit required per pet, due at lease signing.

Residents may use the amenities at 501 Holland (Post Carlyle) for a fee: $900 for the fitness center and pool (annual per unit), $450 for just the fitness center and $550 for just the pool. Residents must sign a contract with management at Post Carlyle management office.
