The kitchen includes everything youll need for memorable family meals - premium appliances, including a gas stove and double ovens, large granite island and a 6-person kitchen table, all silverware, dining ware, cutlery and kitchen accessories are included.
The dining room has room for everyone, with the table expanding to comfortably seat 10.
Pets: Up to 2 small dogs are welcome if they are not destructive and/or loud enough to disrupt our neighbors. The home has a nice fenced yard for them to enjoy, a beautiful walking path throughout the neighborhood just a few blocks away, and a dog park nearby. All dogs must be disclosed. Sorry, no kitties allowed. An additional, non-refundable pet deposit is required.
Storage: You will have private access to the full home, including both garages and unfinished basement to recreate, exercise or as storage. There is an additional storage shed in the backyard.
Parking: You may park in both the 2-car garage or separate single-stall garage, the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The smaller garage is equipped with outlets for charging electric vehicles.
Access: There is a keyless entry for both the main home and the Casita (queen-bed suite with separate entrance).
Location: We are located in the Candelas neighborhood in northwest Arvada, 10-15 minutes away from Boulder, Superior-Louisville and an easy commute to Denver and surrounding suburbs. It is also very close to the foothills and hiking trails and I-70 for a quick access to the mountains.
